As a professional and energetic Realtor® and CRS, it is important for me to grow in the field of real estate and to constantly strive for excellence.  I believe that continued education is a MUST, not an option.  We live in an ever-changing world and if we don't keep up on changes in this industry, it's laws, procedures, technologies, etc. then we will become mediocre, if not extinct.

What is a CRS?  A Certified Residential Specialist is a Realtor® who has completed advanced courses and has demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. We have completed unparalleled training in both education and production to earn the CRS Designation. Fewer than 45,000 Realtors worldwide have earned the credential, which equates to an elite group of 4% of active Realtors.  

I have recently earned the RCC™ designation (Residential Construction Certified) and also the CNHS™ designation (Certified New Homes Specialist) approved by the National Association of Home Builders, the Council of Residential Specialists and state and national associations.  These designations exhibit my commitment to the real estate industry in continuing education and professional growth.
